As a member of Club AccorHotels , you earn more points each time you stay at one of our hotels, thereby gaining access to a host of advantages, such as free nights, unique experiences, perks from our partners, etc.… Now, Club AccorHotels is further expanding its loyalty programme with the launch of LA COLLECTION, an online store available on web and mobile.

With this exciting new service, Club AccorHotels is offering you a whole new shopping experience via your card. You will be able to earn and spend more loyalty points by purchasing from our range of over 1,700 products from some 250 brands, in categories as diverse as high-tech, products for the home, beauty, fashion, travel, leisure, etc. What’s more, the catalogue will soon be expanded to include the items and accessories available at AccorHotels establishments (bed linen, toiletries and well-being products, etc.), so you can relive the experience enjoyed at our hotels. And as a bonus? The online store also proposes its Elite Experiences, unique offers for converting your points into tickets for memorable events such as concerts, shows and sports tournaments.

How it works

After browsing the online store at your leisure and selecting the products or Elite Experiences of your choice, you can order using a flexible payment system of either 100% points, 100% euros, or a combination of the two. Available in France, the US, Germany, the UK and now also Belgium and the Netherlands, LA COLLECTION by Club AccorHotels is soon to be rolled out in Australia and Switzerland.
